Every physical product you order from this shop is printed for you on-demand but we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair returns policy.

Digital Products Returns

eBooks you buy from this shop are downloaded to your device, therefore, the eBooks you buy from this shop are by their very nature non-returnable, and cannot be refunded.

When ordering an eBook, you are agreeing that the eBook is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Digital purchases cannot be cancelled.

When you purchase/download an eBook, you are purchasing the use of the digital product. All rights remain with Fiction for the Soul Books. These files are for your personal use only. Please respect my intellectual property by not reselling or redistributing these files in any way.

If you have a problem getting the eBook(s) onto your device, please contact us.

Physical Products Returns

You can cancel an order within 1 (one) hour. To cancel your order, contact us.

Once your order has been delivered, our returns policy lasts 30 (thirty) days on orders for physical products ordered from this shop.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require you to send your purchase back to Fiction for the Soul Books. Contact us for our returns address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Book(s) with obvious signs of use;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Fiction for the Soul Books. Contact us for the returns postal address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
