What is the shipping time for a hard cover order?
2 - 3 weeks
During high demand seasons (such as Holidays), print times may extend beyond average estimated print times.
Where will my book be printed and shipped from?
Your order will be routed to the printer closest to the shipping destination to ensure speedy fulfillment and delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel paperback and hard cover orders within one hour of the order being placed. To cancel an order contact us.
You can cancel an audio book order within one hour. To cancel an order contact us.
You cannot cancel an eBook order.
What if I have a problem with my printed book order?
Print errors are rare, but they do happen! If you notice anything 'off' about your book, please contact us.
Customs duties
Some deliveries may be subject to customs duties. These are usually payable when the package is handed over to the delivery service provider. We will gladly reimburse you for the duties incurred! A short message to our Customer Service is sufficient. Please provide the invoice when requested so we have proof of the amount paid.
Delivery methods
- We use Bookvault to fulfill and deliver your hard cover books.
- eBooks are delivered immediately.
- You can listen to your audio books in the My Bookfunnel App. The app is free. You will receive a PDF file with instructions, and an email from Bookfunnel at the email address you entered at checkout with easy links.
- eBooks included in the Unlimited eBooks Subscription can only be read in the My Bookfunnel App.
