Every physical product you order from this shop is printed for you on-demand by hand but we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
We offer a voucher which can be redeemed towards your next order. In some cases refunding the purchase price is possible on physical products.
eBook (Digital Products) Returns
eBooks you buy from this shop are downloaded to your device and you own the files, therefore, the eBooks you buy from this shop are by their very nature non-returnable, and cannot be refunded.
If you have a problem getting the eBook(s) onto your device, please contact us.
Audio Book (Digital Products) Returns
Audio books bought from this shop are not downloadable and you can only listen to them in the My Bookfunnel app. You may cancel your order within 1 (one) hour in exchange for a voucher which can be redeemed towards your next order from this shop. To cancel your order, contact us.
Paperback (Physical Products) Returns
You can cancel an order within 1 (one) hour. To cancel your order, contact us.
Once your order has been delivered, our returns policy lasts 30 (thirty) days on orders for physical products ordered from this shop.
To be eligible for a refund of the purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require you to send your purchase back to Fiction for the Soul Books. Contact us for our returns address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book(s) with obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Fiction for the Soul Books. Contact us for the returns postal address.You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
